Emergencies

We have the ability to hospitalise pets that require fluid therapy, 24hr monitoring or continuous medication. Our fully qualified nursing staff provide around the clock care.

Our Out of Hours service is available from 6:00pm - 8:00am Monday - Friday, and from 4:00pm on Saturdays to 8:00am on Mondays.

Out of hours visits are by prior arrangement with the vet on duty only.

When you arrive with your pet, please phone again to let us know you are outside and the vet will come out to meet you. A fixed out of hours attendance fee is applied if your pet needs to see the vet outside our normal opening hours. This fee is in addition to any treatment or medication required. The duty vet will inform you of this in advance and you will be expected to pay this at the time of treatment.
